At FVault Store, we want every customer to shop with confidence. We are committed to providing authentic trading cards, sealed collectibles, hobby boxes, booster packs, and related products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Remain in their original sealed packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include proof of purchase

Products that have been opened, tampered with, damaged by misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Trading Card & Sealed Product Policy

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, opened items cannot be returned.

This includes:

  • Opened booster packs
  • Opened booster boxes
  • Opened collection boxes
  • Opened tins
  • Opened elite trainer boxes
  • Any sealed product with broken factory seals

This policy helps protect customers and ensures product authenticity and fairness within the hobby.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fvault.store.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective upon arrival

Exchanges

FVault Store accepts exchanges for eligible items within the applicable return period.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Non-Returnable Items
