Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

* £30.00 flat-rate shipping on orders between £0.01 and £200.00.
* Free shipping on orders over £200.00.
All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

FVault Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
